What you'll do
Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery excellence of exchange crypto wallet products
Serve as the product owner for product design, implementation, and live: deployment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to design and deliver crypto wallet-related solutions
Play a key role in defining and evolving the product vision and overall strategy
Lead product initiatives for tokenized assets, including tokenized equities /: bStocks, deposit and withdrawal flows, and asset distribution
Understand customers and their challenges to identify ways to enhance the: product offering. Be responsible for the user experience and security of the product
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of features, making data-driven: recommendations for improvements and optimisations
What they're looking for
- years of relevant project and/or product management experience in complex system integrations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science,: Information Systems or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with financial or payment products, such as reconciliation and: channel integration; blockchain-related experience preferred. Exposure to tokenized securities or RWA is a plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills with: ability to jointly manage projects and keep them on schedule
- Excellent sense of user experience and user interface design
- Familiarity with lean and agile models, and ability to adapt processes as needed for a remote team
- Result-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills to derive insights and make decisions
- Excellent time management and coordination skills to concurrently manage: multiple projects and adhere to schedule
