What they're looking for
- + years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on: payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure
- Track record of shipping products across multiple teams while navigating: significant technical complexity and strict regulatory or compliance constraints
- Comfortable reading code, writing coherent specs, evaluating API designs, and: contributing credibly to engineering discussions—without needing to write production code
- Strong data fluency, including SQL, with the ability to form causal: hypotheses about why metrics move rather than simply describing them
