What you'll do
Lead end-to-end program governance including defining operational rhythms,: milestones, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies
Scale program impact using sophisticated program management methodologies,: frameworks, and tools to drive efficiency across the organization
Leverage AI to enhance our program management methodology by defining,: building, and documenting AI-driven processes to increase overall program efficiency and effectiveness
Own reporting for C-level executives and cross-functional leadership and: drive broader evangelization of program vision, goals, and progress throughout Okta
Orchestrate cross-functional meetings, define clear agendas and objectives,: document decisions and next steps, and drive stakeholder accountability
Perform ad-hoc analyses to support critical strategic initiatives
What they're looking for
- + years in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/Product-centric roles
- Proven success managing complex, high-stakes cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Strong technical and financial acumen with the ability to master new domains quickly
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas for any audience
