What you'll do
Drive Inbound Delivery & On-Time Performance: Partner closely with fulfillment sites to track ingredient shipments, resolve stock shortages, and manage non-compliance incidents promptly to protect customer availability.
Strengthen Supplier Accountability & Daily Communication: Maintain daily touchpoints with suppliers to manage emergency stock needs, track order statuses, and hold vendors to the highest service standards.
Provide Core Procurement & Administrative Support: Assist Buyers with daily procurement tasks, including high-volume inbox management, issuing emergency purchase orders, and resolving vendor inquiries.
Manage Data Operations & Inbound Analytics: Perform daily data entry, track key metrics, and build reports using G-Suite and internal systems to identify risks, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally Across Operations: Proactively share updates with Procurement, Food Safety, Inventory, and Production teams to mitigate inbound supply chain risks and maintain operational continuity.
Manage Workloads & Support Strategic Objectives: Prioritize competing daily operational requirements to ensure full, on-time delivery while supporting broader department and organizational goals.
