What you'll do

  • Answer inbound retention calls

  • Maintain positive customer relationships, provide customer resolution/: education and negotiate using retention offers

  • Retain customers in compliance with Beer52 guidelines and protocols

  • Attend 1:1, meetings, huddles, & trainings

  • Attend cross-trainings and upskilling

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
