What you'll do
Experience leading a team or multiple teams of senior and staff engineers.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, driving alignment, and: clearly creating and communicating technical direction for large cross-company efforts.
Comfortable leading and hiring a team that builds the backend systems and frontend parts of the product.
Excel at planning, creating teams and overseeing execution to meet: commitments and deliver with predictability.
Comfortable building developer-loved APIs that scale.
Demonstrate a track record of leading a team including hiring, on-boarding, and professional development.
