MongoDB has a great opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner for our Technical Services organization.
What you'll do
Builds relationships with leaders to offer thought leadership on: organizational and people-related strategy and execution
Adopts the culture of the organization and embodies our values and leadership principles
Develops a commercial understanding of the business to appropriately guide: and influence leaders on their talent agenda
Applies expertise in the following areas: organizational design, workforce planning, change management, performance management, career planning, coaching, analysis of people data, compensation (cash and equity), complex employee relations issues, learning and development, and recognition programs
Uses qualitative and quantitative people and business insights to anticipate: risks and opportunities, frame trade-offs, and make clear, actionable recommendations that drive business and talent outcomes
Partners and drives results alongside other CoEs in the People Team (e.g.: Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Culture & Talent Development, Compensation) to help the People Team implement solutions that support and scale the business
What they're looking for
- Leads the people cycles throughout the year to include compensation reviews,: performance evaluations, engagement survey action planning, talent reviews and calibrations and promotion evaluations
- As we continue to scale, you will balance strategic partnership with strong: operational stewardship. You will ensure core people processes and employee transactions are executed with rigor, while identifying opportunities to simplify, improve, and scale the systems and ways of working that enable the business
- + years of HR experience creating measurable impact on a major business unit,: preferably in a high-growth technology company
- At least 5-7 years of experience as an HRBP, ideally supporting global technical GTM / Customer Support teams
