What you'll do

  • Drive Channel Strategy & Growth: Own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid search and app marketing across France, Italy, and Belgium to deliver targets for customer acquisition, resurrections, and subscriptions.

  • Lead and Develop People: Coach, lead, and develop a team of paid search and app specialists, building core capability as our channels and business scale.

  • Champion AI & Automation: Scale AI tools and automated solutions across bidding, creative production, measurement, and anomaly detection to continuously improve efficiency.

  • Optimise Budget Allocation: Manage multi-market budgets dynamically, reallocating spend swiftly in response to performance data, competitor movements, and market shifts.

  • Build Advanced Models: Partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Analytics to build, refine, and test measurement, attribution, and bidding models.

  • Navigate Matrix Stakeholders: Collaborate with Brand, Growth, Product, Finance, and regional General Managers to align stakeholders across functions around shared growth targets.

  • Significant Performance Marketing Leadership: Proven track record leading large-scale paid search and app marketing functions, managing sizeable budgets, and delivering measurable ROI in a high-growth consumer or marketplace environment.
  • Team Leadership Expertise: Demonstrated experience building, managing, and developing high-performing performance marketing specialists.
  • AI & Automation Integration: Practical experience using, or a strong commitment to rapidly adopting, AI tools and automation to drive channel efficiency and strategic decision-making.
  • Matrix Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to influence, align, and collaborate across functional teams (Data Science, Product, Finance, regional GMs) without direct line authority.
