What you'll do
End to end ownership of UKI local promotions and merchant offers. Partnering: with central functions to identify market needs and partner requirements and defining the “where” and “how” to play, building and implementing a strategy to support these needs
Owning the team’s reporting cycle, delivering weekly and monthly performance: analysis and campaigns. Identify emerging trends and data-driven optimisation areas to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Champion the voice of customers and partners in the promotional space,: working closely with the commercial, finance, value & promotions and partner facing teams to stay up to date with partner needs and perspectives.
Partner with Insights and Data Science teams to develop a strong sense of: Customer needs and key Qs and research that needs deploying.
Partner with central teams to adapt global strategies for the UKI market,: ensuring regional priorities and merchant needs are embedded into business plans
Define and implement promo strategies to deliver on objectives and KPIs,: ensuring best in class execution. Lead on trade offs and requests based on importance, urgency and impact.

- Align promotional plans between different central and local marketing teams: to ensure we have the right technical, reporting and targeting foundations in place for the plan.
- Instrumental in defining the UKI customer and merchant promotional strategy.: Driving high-value discount, vouchering, and offer initiatives that maximise local engagement, ROI, and partner growth.
- Pitch and sell strategic promotional programmes to key commercial: stakeholders to secure buy-in and maximum partner engagement.
- Keep on top of competitor trends and activity to refine strategies in the regional market.
