- Own people analytics intake and office hours, helping stakeholders frame: business questions, triage requests, and get value from existing reporting solutions.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for data definitions, business rules,: analytical methods, and reporting solutions.
- Experience in analytics, preferably within People Analytics, Recruiting: Analytics, or a closely related function.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards with business intelligence tools: such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
