What you'll do
Lead the Absence Management Workday configuration. Experience in Workday: Absence configuration required, including eligibility rules, accrual policies, and leave case management.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with HR, Payroll, and other internal teams to incorporate requirements into Workday, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
Review proposed system changes to identify opportunities for process: improvement and reuse, driving efficiency across the organization.
Build and modify custom reports for standard optimization.
Triage and configure Workday enhancements or fixes for HCM, Compensation,: Benefits, Timecards, Absence/Leaves, Payroll, and reporting — this role will primarily focus on Absence, with the flexibility to support other Workday modules as business needs evolve.
Build and maintain organizational hierarchies, custom objects, and custom security roles.

- Partner with People Operations teams to solidify and document business: requirements related to programs to be executed through Workday and other technologies.
- Scope and prioritize incoming technology fixes and enhancements.
