What you'll do
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with high-impact KOLs aligned with: brand values and business objectives.
Lead end-to-end KOL event planning and execution, including brand: activations, networking events, and partnership meetings.
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and KOLs, ensuring timely,: professional, and relationship-driven communication.
Manage crisis communications involving KOLs, acting as a calm and strategic: point of contact during sensitive situations.
Develop and deliver structured reporting on KOL performance, campaign impact, and public sentiment trends.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Growth, Compliance) to align: KOL strategies with broader PR and business goals.
What they're looking for
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, media engagements, and KOL-facing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- + years of experience in KOL/influencer relations, PR, or partnerships,: preferably within tech, fintech, or consumer brands.
- Proven track record of independently managing KOL portfolios from sourcing to: activation — able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
