What you'll do
Set strategy and roadmap for the FX and cash management team.
Lead execution working closely with the Engineering, Product, Treasury,: Finance and Commercial teams, to deliver a cohesive FX platform that scales globally without compromising reliability or trust.
Establish governance for FX across multiple teams and departments , defining: success and operational metrics, driving alignment across Adyen.
Build a first-in-class Treasury Management System that serves both the needs: of our customers and our internal teams.
Established a clear vision, strategy and goals for the FX and cash management team
Identified key customer and operational pain points helping shape the product roadmap
What they're looking for
- Experience - 8+ years building high-scale platforms in fast growing tech or: fintech environments. 2+ years of experience in FX and/or cash management is a must.
- Execution - track record of delivering complex product and platform: initiatives at scale. Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high autonomy and ownership.
- Customer centric: You are able to translate technical complexity back to customer impact and understand the needs of different customers.
- Product - PM at heart with strong product instincts, data-based decision: mindset, and highly focused on business impact. Demonstrated passion for AI-forward thinking.
- Leadership - demonstrated ability of setting vision and strategy for teams.: Strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
- Communication: a clear, compelling communicator who is comfortable interacting with both internal and external stakeholders from varying disciplines and cultures.
- Mindset - entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action and: ability to move fast in the midst of ambiguity.
