The opportunity

What you'll do
Serve as the primary customer-facing representative throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, engineers,: subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Proactively communicate project status, risks, schedule impacts, financial: performance, and key decisions to customers and executive leadership.
Manage project contracts from initial award through final project closeout,: including change management, contract administration, commercial negotiations, and dispute resolution.
Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure projects remain on: schedule and within budget while maintaining quality and safety expectations.
Lead project meetings, customer meetings, operational reviews, subcontractor: meetings, and executive project updates.
What they're looking for
- Review project forecasts, schedules, cost reports, cash flow projections,: procurement status reports, and manpower plans.
- Support proposal development, bid strategy discussions, estimating reviews, and project pursuit activities.
- Coordinate project activities with customers, subcontractors, suppliers,: engineering teams, commissioning teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement strategies that improve project: performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
