What you'll do
Orchestrate the end-to-end path to flight/fielding, driving alignment across: structural, electrical, GNC, autonomy, and payload teams from blank-sheet architecture through Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL) testing and range operations.
Act as the connective tissue across deep domain experts; aggressively uncover: and resolve interface mismatches, boundary disputes, and integration gaps before they become program-halting blockers.
Bridge the gap between disparate engineering cycles—aligning rapid, iterative: software sprint releases with long-lead mechanical fabrication, PCB spins, and integration milestones to ensure continuous delivery.
Proactively identify technical, supply chain, and schedule bottlenecks.
Roll up their sleeves to help engineering teams unblock issues and make technical trade-offs.
Convert abstract technical, integration, and operational risks into concrete: burn-down plans with explicit ownership, aggressive timelines, and measurable exit criteria.
What they're looking for
