What you'll do
+ years of software engineering experience, with fluency in: TypeScript/JavaScript, and experience with a modern framework (e.g. React)
Proficiency in Java, Go, C++/C, or a similar compiled language is a plus
Experience writing database queries, either document-based or relational
Experience writing and reviewing technical specs, and leading small projects
Interest in A/B testing or product design
Contribute readable and well-tested code to ongoing projects
What they're looking for
- Collaborate closely with product and design partners to implement and iterate on new customer facing features
- Write scope and technical spec docs for new projects assigned by your: manager. Lead small working groups of two or three engineers for these projects
- Participate actively and constructively in code and document reviews
- Help product management identify improvements for features you own and drive them to completion
