What you'll do
Support the Global Events Lead in delivering Binance's flagship events, and: other strategic global initiatives.
Independently lead smaller global programmes and executive experiences from concept through execution.
Manage end-to-end event planning including budgeting, timelines, production,: venue management, procurement, registration, logistics, hospitality, onsite operations and post-event reporting.
Lead multiple concurrent projects across different regions while maintaining: exceptional execution quality and attention to detail.
Partner with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Product, Business: Development, Security, Legal, Procurement, Finance and regional teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Work closely with external agencies, production partners, venues and: suppliers to deliver world-class event experiences.
What they're looking for
- Identify process improvements and scalable solutions that enhance operational: efficiency across the team's event portfolio.
- Support global initiatives beyond your primary portfolio as business priorities evolve.
- Support or lead the execution of webinar and virtual event formats as: required, ensuring high-quality delivery across digital channels.
- + years of professional event management experience, preferably managing: international conferences, large-scale events.
