What you'll do
Project and Program Management:
Streamline and own planning, intake, and prioritization processes across the: Controllership, ensuring alignment with the Company and Finance team’s goals and strategy
Lead and manage multiple complex, cross-functional programs, including: working with stakeholders from IT, Engineering, Sales, and other Finance teams
Provide leadership and expertise in planning, organizing, and executing: high-impact projects that drive operational excellence and process standardization across the Finance team
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with our Engineering and IT teams to ensure timelines are met and risks are addressed

- Accounting Process Optimization & Improvement:
- Ensure efficiency in our Accounting processes and close procedures
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across the Controllership to: reduce manual work and streamline processes
- Develop a Global Business Services strategy for global coverage and efficient growth
