What you'll do
Define the technical strategy and roadmap for building in-house solutions for critical internal workflows
Partner closely with product management, design, and other engineering teams: to build end-to-end, AI-powered solutions
Eliminate technical risk by solving the most technically challenging issues: or tackling the most complex development tasks facing the team
Drive team best practices for engineering excellence, including design: quality, operational reviews, testing strategies, and incident management.
+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong track record of technical leadership and impact.
+ years of engineering leadership experience, serving as the technical owner: for the software systems owned by your team.
