What you'll do
Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for eDiscovery and information: governance solutions spanning multiple business functions and enterprise platforms.
Partner with engineering teams to deliver technology programs that transform: eDiscovery capabilities from hold through collection, review, and production (EDRM).
Drive the translation of regulatory and compliance requirements into: actionable system configurations, policies, and controls across platforms such as Slack and Google Workspace.
Lead program timelines, dependencies, and risk escalations while maintaining: audit-ready documentation including regulatory control matrices, playbooks, and SLAs.
Build and validate comprehensive test plans for eDiscovery controls and: information governance tooling to ensure defensibility and compliance.
+ years of experience in technical program management, information: governance, eDiscovery, or regulatory compliance.
What they're looking for
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional compliance programs with: multiple dependencies in a dynamic environment.
- Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and: hands-on experience with eDiscovery tooling (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, Google Vault, Onna).
- Experience translating regulatory requirements into enterprise system: controls and configurations across collaboration and productivity platforms.
- Proven ability to build roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive programs: independently with minimal day-to-day direction.
