What you'll do
Design, build, and maintain scalable Apex solutions on the Salesforce: platform that support our Sales and CX teams
Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code or equivalent) throughout the: development lifecycle to write, review, debug, and document code
Oversee ongoing improvements to deployed features and measure their impact
Apply Salesforce platform architecture and change/release management best: practices, using sf cli for deployments
Write well-structured, easily maintainable, and well-documented code
Build, test, and debug reliable production systems at scale, ideally: real-time, event-driven, or high-throughput
What they're looking for
- Contribute to codebases beyond Salesforce when the work calls for it
- + years of professional software engineering experience, including 4+ years: developing on the Salesforce platform in Apex
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Application Architect certification(s)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, with experience: using the sf CLI and Salesforce change/release management best practices
