What you'll do
Design and build full-stack web systems, backend services and user-facing web applications.
Create system and technical designs that hold up at scale, and reason through: tradeoffs with your team before committing to an approach.
Partner with other engineering teams, product, marketing, and finance: stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into clear technical plans.
Coach and review other engineers' work, helping raise the bar on code: quality, design rigor, and delivery practices.
Define mechanisms to ensure best practices are applied in our development cycle.
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, including: customers when needed, about progress and tradeoffs.
