What you'll do
Build, own, and nurture a strong pipeline of world-class business talent: across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations
Deliver a world-class recruiting experience that reflects Cohere's premium brand
Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to find and engage passive: talent through creative sourcing methods
Maintain deep market intelligence on business talent trends and competitive landscape
Manage comprehensive recruiting funnels in our ATS, updating progress and analytics regularly
Develop creative, proactive sourcing approaches to optimize the top of the funnel for business roles
What they're looking for
- Cultivate relationships with established networks across business communities and industry leaders
- Identify and own additional high-impact talent projects as they emerge
- You have 3+ years of experience sourcing for business roles across Sales,: Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations in markets like EMEA/US etc.
- You have a proven track record of sourcing candidates in high-growth and a: high-bar environments (startup, technology, AI experience strongly preferred)
