What you'll do

• In partnership with leadership, manage internal and external vendor partner: relationships with staffing partners including 3P vendors

• Manage a team of staffing associates and contingent workforce lead

• Management and ownership of cost per hire through strategic oversight of: contingent workforce partner delivery and other talent acquisition costs

• Own, develop and execute strategic vendor partner initiatives for all: HelloFresh lines of business including; Hellofresh Core, Green Chef, EveryPlate, and Factor’s Distribution Center Network

• Drive staffing performance and partner accountability via staffing scorecard: to include benchmark metrics such as time to fill, time to hire, negative attrition, and others

• Partner with Field HR leadership and Operations to develop targeted sourcing: solutions for expansion related staffing and hard to fill markets
