The opportunity

What you'll do

  • Manage day-to-day aspects of carrier assignment, tracking, execution and: troubleshooting on customer's Last Mile shipments.

  • Develop carrier "routing guide" to support contingency planning and volume swings.

  • Act as primary point of contact for all carrier communications and carrier related issues

  • Coordinate, onboard, and coach carriers on use of Customer's mobile app

  • Negotiate rate agreements

  • Manage service troubleshooting and reporting
