Lead on-site execution of construction projects in accordance with contract: requirements, schedule, safety, quality, and budget expectations.
What they're looking for
- Assign, coordinate, and oversee responsibilities of the project team, including trade-responsible engineers.
- Manage project financials, including monthly cost forecasting, owner: billings, invoice review and approval, and subcontractor management.
- Collaborate closely with the field team to plan and execute project schedule,: safety initiatives, and quality standards.
- Oversee project and project office setup to support efficient daily operations.
