What you'll do

  • Support sellers with their deals end-to-end, this includes structuring,: coaching, pricing, drafting, editing, managing xfn collaboration and approvals. Reviewing agreements while supporting the sales cycle to ensure deal terms align with business goals, reflect strategic priorities, and close as forecasted.

  • Coach sellers on constructing strategically defensible opening commercial: positions that preserve room to negotiate without conceding value, planning for typical deal iteration cycles and the commercial flexibility needed to maintain competitive terms through to close.

  • Lead contact between Sales, Commercial Legal, Risk, Monetization Ops, and: other cross-functional stakeholders for deal-related queries, approvals, and escalations.

  • Work directly with sales teams, sales leaders, services/support teams and: customers to advise on deal structures, establish compelling commercials, and drive closure of customer issues.

  • Understand the business and technical requirements of our customers and: partners, advising sales teams on the best approach (balancing risk between custom terms and internal system limitations).

  • Remove internal blockers and drive solutions between cross-functional teams: such as Product, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Service Teams, etc.

What they're looking for

  • + years of experience in deal operations/ pricing and: strategy/procurement/program management/financial consulting/legal.
  • Experience working in ambiguous, quickly scaling environments, comfortable with high-agency.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and program management skills.
  • Experience working in Payments and/or SaaS.
  • Experience in Salesforce and Ironclad.
  • Experience managing redline agreements.
  • Experience with subscription and usage-based revenue models.
  • In-depth knowledge of regional market regulations and business practices.
