What you'll do

  • Lead comprehensive investigations of escalated transaction-monitoring alerts: and internal referrals, maintaining appropriate case documentation, making defensible risk-based decisions, and meeting regulatory reporting obligations.

  • Recommend account actions or restrictions based on financial crimes risk, and: present findings and recommendations to the Account Review Board.

  • Draft and file SARs and prepare applicable partner reporting, ensuring: narratives are clear, evidence-based, timely, and confidential.

  • Conduct secondary and peer reviews of investigations and filings,: strengthening quality, consistency, and investigator judgment.

  • Identify and drive practical improvements to investigation workflows,: procedures, quality standards, tooling, and training.

  • Partner with Compliance, Risk, PEDD, and Operations to build scalable: workflows, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

What they're looking for

  • Flex into other Financial Crimes Compliance work, including sanctions, PEPs,: customer due diligence, and enhanced due diligence reviews, as program needs require.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BSA/AML advisory or operations teams, with: at least 2 years in BSA/AML investigations
  • Demonstrated experience drafting and filing SARs and making recommendations: to leadership on account actions such as offboarding or risk acceptance
  • At least 1 year of experience conducting secondary or peer reviews of financial-crimes investigations
