The opportunity

Job Description As our IT Operations Engineer you will be the heartbeat of technical support for our HelloFresh and BeCool teams in Auckland. This role requires travel between the corporate office and distribution centre, necessitating personal transportation and a full-time onsite presence.

  • Champion IT security by implementing and enforcing policies regarding: endpoint protection, VPNs, and file permissions.
  • Assist our Infrastructure team in maintaining and troubleshooting our network systems.
  • Prior experience in a professional IT support role, where you've honed your technical skills.
  • Proficiency in using Generative AI to automate workflows, drive insights, and strengthen quality governance.
