What you'll do
Own the Lending product strategy and roadmap end-to-end, balancing member: impact, business growth, and long-term platform investments.
Lead the next chapter of one of Chime's fastest-growing and highest NPS: products by expanding the product into new use cases and member experiences.
Reimagine how lending works for everyday Americans by delivering innovative,: responsible financial products that help members make meaningful financial progress.
Drive product decisions across the full product lifecycle, partnering closely: with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Finance.
Make high-conviction prioritization decisions and align cross-functional: teams around a clear product vision, measurable outcomes, and business impact.
Use customer insights, experimentation, and data to continuously improve the: member experience while growing a profitable business.
What they're looking for
- Serve as the product leader for the team, creating clarity, setting: direction, and ensuring exceptional execution from strategy through launch.
- Significant experience leading consumer product strategy and execution for: high-impact digital products from concept through scale.
- A proven track record of owning complex product areas with measurable: business outcomes, ideally including growth, monetization, or financial products.
- Experience building or managing lending, credit, or other consumer financial products is strongly preferred.
