Partner with front-line managers and Directors to uplevel existing Customer: Success and Implementations Enablement programs.
Design an ongoing enablement program that is scalable, engaging for remote: audiences and informed by industry best practices.
What they're looking for
- Build multi-model training content including eLearning, virtual workshops, AI-led activities.
- Continuously improve training content with data-driven insights, learner: feedback and alignment to internal product and process changes
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on: Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
- years of experience developing, coordinating and facilitating training: sessions for audiences of 20+ learners (virtual and/or live)
