Help shape the technical direction of the Web Experience platform, including: the full-stack systems, shared patterns, and AI-powered product experiences that power the Samsara dashboard.
What they're looking for
- Design and build end-to-end features that bring AI into real product: workflows, spanning customer-facing experiences, backend services, and supporting infrastructure.
- Scale the systems and foundations behind the web experience so they can: support growth in product usage and AI adoption without sacrificing reliability, quality, or usability.
- Standardize patterns and raise the technical bar through code reviews, design: discussions, mentorship, and close collaboration with product, design, and peer engineering teams.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership on high-leverage bets, make: clear tradeoffs, and help build a team culture grounded in long-term thinking, inclusiveness, and shared success.
