On-Camera Presence: Appear as on-camera talent and develop new opportunities for the channel
Production Expertise: Set high standards for production quality, allocating production resources, working with the team to develop compelling episode editorial, and regularly testing new formats
Content Innovation: Constantly test, learn, and iterate on winning content strategies—whether through new series segments, distribution approaches, or featured guests
Show Management: Work closely with the Supervising Producer to drive show growth and optimize content performance
Experience creating successful video content with demonstrated audience growth
