Own all phases of complex, cross-functional digital programs: from inbound ticket management, to planning through delivery — with a clear understanding of vision, scope, objectives, timelines, business value, and resource requirements.
Develop holistic program plans comprised of multiple project plan documents,: including business requirements, technical specifications, schedules, funding, and resource plans.
What they're looking for
- Track milestones, tasks, and deliverables; provide timely status updates to: stakeholders and senior executives; and proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and delivery quality.
- Serve as the strategic bridge between vision and tactical execution,: translating high-level business objectives into actionable program roadmaps.
- Interface with executives and senior leadership to align on priorities,: communicate timelines and approval frameworks, and present program progress and website demonstrations.
