What you'll do
Review completed customs entries to ensure all brokerage services, duties,: fees, and service charges are billed accurately.
Manage exceptions from daily feed to USAC billing systems.
Ensure customer invoices are in accordance with customer rates and customer specific billing requirements.
Verify customs entry data, invoices, vendor charges, and supporting documentation prior to billing.
Research and resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with operations, accounting, and customers.
Ensure compliance with record keeping requirements.

- Monitor daily billing queues to ensure invoices are processed within established turnaround times.
- Ensure all customs related charges, including duties, fees.
- Process billing adjustments, credit memos, and rebills as required.
