What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end process for all statutory pay reporting obligations in the: US and internationally, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and full compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Serve as HubSpot's internal expert on the EU Pay Transparency Directive,: monitoring regulatory developments and translating requirements into actionable compensation processes and policies.

  • Lead and manage annual and ad-hoc salary survey submissions across providers: including Radford and Comptryx, ensuring data integrity and appropriate job matching.

  • Act as the primary Compensation Systems SME, mainly for Pave, Compa,: Comptryx, Radford, and Workday, maintaining system integrity, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with HRIS on enhancements and implementations.

  • Partner with Legal, HR, and Finance teams to ensure pay reporting: deliverables meet country-specific statutory requirements across all regions where HubSpot operates.

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and: equity concerns, providing recommendations to leadership.
