What you'll do
Rotate across 2 STP functions such as Sales, Account Management, Execution: Services, Financing, Solutions Architecture, and Research to build a comprehensive view of institutional client needs
Analyze data for trends and opportunities, producing competitor analysis and: market commentary that inform client engagement strategies
Create pitchbooks and outreach materials for client presentations and high-value prospect engagement
Triage and follow up with inbound leads to qualify sales opportunities,: tracking progress across product campaigns
Research and propose process improvements that grow and strengthen the STP business
Currently in your junior year of an undergraduate program (rising senior in: summer 2027) with demonstrated academic achievement
What they're looking for
- Knowledge of the crypto/blockchain industry and familiarity with financial: markets, with the ability to contextualize market trends for institutional audiences
- Experience with crypto ecosystems (e.g., self-custody, DeFi, staking,: trading) through personal use, coursework, or projects
- Prior experience in a sales or business development role (e.g., internship,: campus organization, or entrepreneurial venture) with a track record of proactively generating leads and building relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured written deliverables such: as research summaries, presentations, or market analysis through coursework, projects, or prior internships
